Kateryna is a corporate lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience in cross-border M&A, private equity and energy. She works in London and advises Clients whose transactions are governed by English law or extend beyond a single country.
Kateryna has worked with ArtCase since 2017. Her experience also includes the Ukrainian law firms Eterna Law and Arzinger, the investment banking division of Millennium Capital and the international law firm Fieldfisher.
